John and Candy have run Sangster precinct like clockwork for many years. They take the time to personally contact all their volunteers to enlist their help, then they call them with a reminder the week before. They have also consistently been at the precinct to open at 5:30 am on election days and to close at 7 pm, sometimes even after having dealt with an injury the day before! They take their roles very seriously and are dedicated to making sure they present a cheerful, helpful demeanor to voters at the precinct, and that they help their volunteers enjoy their time there.
